Registration Guidelines

• IOACON 2026 Conference Profile creation is first & mandatory step for all the attendees.
• Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the attendees.
• Conference registration must be completed through the online registration portal only, including spot registration.
• Please ensure you wear your registration badge (QR-coded) to access different areas of the conference venue.
• Registration is non-transferable.
• PG Students will have to submit letter from HOD or HOU mentioning 'current status as a resident'.
• Registration confirmation will be received via Email / SMS / WhatsApp after confirmation of your payment.
• Conference registration includes entry to the scientific area, trade exhibition, lunch on 4-5-6 Dec. 2026, dinner on 3^rd & 4^th Dec. 2026 and Conference kit.
• For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of UPI/Card as per the availability at the time of event. The distribution of the delegate kit will also be subject to availability.
• Delegate kit will be handed over to registered delegates only.
• Entry of the accompanying person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the conference.
• Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
• No kit or workshop material will be provided to any attendees after the event.
• The registration fee is refundable based on the cancellation and refund policy. All the refunds will be processed after the reconciliation of the conference accounts.
• Entire registration portal is dynamic, where you can add your registrations, payments, accommodation, abstracts, C.V., presentations and much more.

Steps for creating your IOACON 2026 Conference profile

• Option 1 : Create profile as IOA Member by entering your Life Membership number
• Option 2 : Create profile as Applied for IOA membership by entering your application number
• Option 3 : Create profile as Past President of IOA by entering your Life Membership number
• Option 4 : Create profile as Senior Citizen (only IOA Member) by entering your Life Membership number
• Option 5 : Create profile as PG Student by filling out your details
• Option 6 : Create profile as Non-IOA Member / Foreign Delegate by filling out your details
• Select one option from above and submit your details.
• • Get OTP on your registered Moble Number / Email
