Guidelines for Abstract Submission for IOACON 2026
It is mandatory to create your IOACON 2026 conference profile to submit abstracts.
Conference registration (4th, 5th, and 6th December) is mandatory to present your paper/talk and e-poster.
Your abstract title and your abstract must be submitted in English. Your abstract may be automatically rejected if it is submitted in another language.
The title of the abstract must be of maximum 200 characters (approximately 30 words).
Abstracts must be of maximum 250 words, excluding title.
For original studies/case series or case report abstract should be structured with the following headings: Background & Objectives, Material & Methods, Results and Conclusions.
Please avoid using abbreviations in the title. Define an abbreviation upon first use.
Figures and tables should not be included in your abstract. They should be uploaded in .pdf format only.
Copyright permission report should be uploaded in .pdf format only.
References can be included in your abstract but will be included in your word count.
Do not include author names or any other identity in the abstract document upload area for blinding review / marking process. If any identity is indicated, abstracts will be rejected.
Please ensure that all the co-authors are added onto the submission form.
Please ensure correct spelling and affiliations are used, as later on it will not be amendable once abstracts have been submitted.
If required, IOACON 2026 will use the images and content of the abstract for teaching and educational purposes.
