Registrations can be cancelled with a 50% refund if email notification is received by 30th September 2026.
A 30% refund is available for cancellations if email notification is received by 31st October 2026.
Cancellation refund amount excludes GST charges as applicable in all categories of refund.
No refunds will be issued after 31st October 2026. However, in the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Committee.
The registration fee is refundable based on the cancellation and refund policy. All the refunds will be processed after the reconciliation of the conference accounts.
